Our Business

TELEMATRIX throughout years has identified the need for assistance at commercial and PBS broadcast stations in the area of broadcast Engineering\Operations as related to the implementation of new technology.
The implementation, operational workflow and education of new technology is not being fully addressed by the vendors , which very often leaves the client frustrated and struggling to maintain their on-air product after incorporating a new system.
TELEMATRIX’s goal is to bridge the gap between pre-sale, post-sale, commissioning and departmental cohesiveness to on-air implementation.

TeleMatrix Consultant’s area of expertise is On-Air Operations, with a concentration in the areas of Master Control & News Operations, System Workflow, Broadcast Automation, Hardware Installation\Configuration, Training, and Operational documentation.

TELEMATRIX Consultant’s has over twenty-two years of technical and operational experience in the television broadcast industry with a strong background in supervision, management, and training.  We are skilled professionals in the areas of broadcast operations and training.

TELEMATRIX has the proven ability to streamline procedures, meet demanding deadlines, and reduce costs while maintaining high performance standards.  We pride ourselves in being customer service orientated, articulate communicators with a strong commitment to customer education.  As broadcasting consultants, our goal is to provide our customers with an organized plan to facilitate the transition from a conventional system to a newer and more conducive work environment that encompasses new technology as it relates to single or multi-channel broadcast facilities; providing an internal cohesive departmental connection.

Training Services:

TELEMATRIX offers comprehensive training services in the area of television broadcast systems to improve customers’ effective and appropriate use of hardware and software products.

Project Management:

TELEMATRIX has the experience to guide our customers safely through their projects from start to finish.  It is important that our clients understand the process of choosing systems that will provide them with maximum return on their investment.

On-Site Assessment:

TELEMATRIX will conduct on-site assessments.  We perform a complete analysis after reviewing the customers’ current workflow design, operational functions, limitations and personnel allocation.  Using a written assessment, we will begin the process to help determine what products are best suited for our customer’s immediate and long-term needs, in addition to how best to implement changes and future growth.

System Commissioning:

TELEMATRIX will work with system integrators and\or station personnel to commission new systems.  Our focus is to reduce on-air outages.  We will work with the installers to create an effective integration plan that will help manage staff, resources, and time necessary to integrate hardware and software applications.

Pre-Installation Counseling Services:

TELEMATRIX provides professional services in the area of Pre-Install.  After the sale has been completed, we will help the client prepare for the installation of the new system.  It is our goal to make sure the client has performed the due-diligences work that will be required to facilitate a smooth transition.
